RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We offer a 13-day return policy from the date of receiving your item for Returns or Exchanges. Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
For a Return or Exchange, ensure the item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
Contact us at info@handloomscarves.com to initiate a Return or Exchange. We'll provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.

CHANGE OF MIND
Items returned due to a change of mind or incorrect colour choice can be refunded or credited if requested within 13 days of receiving the order if the items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Return postage fees apply for these cases. If the shipment is in transit, no refund will be processed before receiving the item/items.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, a refund or credit will be issued within 7 business days to the email used for the original order. (Please note, sale items are not eligible for the returns). This process remains void unless our team deems the return/refund to be reasonable.
EXCHANGE
If your order hasn't shipped yet, it can be exchanged for an item of equal/more value with any balance payments being processed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 2 working days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll resolve the issue promptly unless deemed unreasonable by our team.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Only items from handloomscarves.com can be returned. Sale or clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable/refundable.
REFUNDS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval of the refund. Refunds, minus any additional fees, will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process.
Payment gateway fees from Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal, or AfterPay will also be charged.

Variations like knots, thread thickness, or dye colours reflect the handcrafted nature and are considered distinctive features, not defects. Please consider this when making purchases.
