Shipping and Payment Delivery: All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, and we offer worldwide shipping via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping charges, calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination, are collected with the purchase.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping for Orders over AU $150 within Australia.
  • Free Shipping for Orders over AU $250 for international destinations.

Shipping costs are determined by AUSTRALIA POST & its shipping partners on real-time basis and will be the final shipping charges.

Destinations: handloomscarves.com ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada, the UK, and the European Union.

Delivery Times: Orders are sent out every Monday and Thursday, with dispatch within 72 hours if the product is in stock. Delivery times range from 3-6 business days within Australia and 7-14 days internationally, subject to potential delays beyond our control.

Express Post Information: 'Next day' delivery in Australia is an Australia Post guarantee, and delivery times for Express Post are beyond our control. International orders have Express Post automatically applied at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Customs Charges and Taxes: International customers may incur sales tax, duty, and/or Customs charges, which would be their responsibility and not included in the order or shipping cost. Customers are advised to contact local customs offices for applicable taxes and customs fees. Refusing delivery incurs original charges and return costs, with no entitlement to a refund.

Return Due To Change Of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 13 days of receipt if the item is returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and refunds are processed as full refund (less any charges incurred by financial institution) in the nominated account/card.

Change Of Delivery Address: Requests for address changes are accommodated before dispatch. Changes made directly with local postal services absolve us of responsibility for misdelivered parcels.

P.O. Box Shipping: handloomscarves.com ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only; courier services are not available for these locations.

Items Out of Stock: Out-of-stock items are reserved until available, and orders are dispatched accordingly.

Parcels Damaged In Transit: Customers are advised to reject damaged parcels or contact customer service if absent during delivery.

GST: GST is included in the Australian price displayed on the website.
